**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The instant petition is for quashing of FIR No. 62 dated 20.7.2015 registered under Sections 366, 120-B- IPC, Police Station Koom Kalan, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) and all the consequent proceedings arising out of the same.

During the proceedings, it was noted that one Jatinder Singh son of Kartar Singh was present in the Court and was taking photographs of the court proceedings. When confronted, he denied that he had taken any photograph but when his picture gallery of the phone was opened, it was found that he had taken a picture. The matter was referred to Registrar (General).
