This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 166 dated 21.10.2017 under sections 452, 379, 149 IPC at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 09, 2017, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated November 09, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
