(ORAL) Petitioner herein, who are senior citizens, inter alia, seeking interim relief as well as, issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to decide the application dated 25.06.2021 (Annexure P-9) for eviction of respondents No.3 and 4, filed under Sections 21 & 22 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 as the same is pending since June, 2021.

Since the matter is already pending before the Maintenance Tribunal, parallel proceedings before this Court are not warranted. Without commenting on the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to the Maintenance Tribunal to proceed in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments. Ordered accordingly. 3.
