**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This matter is pending in this Court since November, 2016 by which the petitioner herein is seeking a direction that the matter be referred to the Central Bureau of Investigation for registration of a case against the private respondents for committing fraud.

By order dated 06.03.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to place on record copy of the petition for divorce filed under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, statements of the parties recorded in first motion and second motion, judgment and decree-sheet prepared by the Court. Subsequent thereto, the matter has been taken up by this Court and several opportunities have been given to comply with the said order along with last opportunities on 16.05.2017, 21.07.2017 and 01.09.2017.
