(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for setting-aside the order dated 10.04.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by Chief Manager, Punjab Gramin Bank. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought to direct the respondent to reinstate/transfer the petitioner on his last station. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh one, on the same cause of action, with better particulars.
