NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.841 dated 31.08.2019, under Sections 379-A/411 IPC, registered at Police Station Chandni Bagh, Panipat.

The petitioner is stated to be involved on the basis of disclosure statement, which cannot be read against him. Recovery is of money, which cannot be verified. The petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2019. In view of the above facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the concerned CJM/Duty Magistrate.
