In compliance of order dated 31.05.2022, status report by way of affidavit of Vikas Arora, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Faridabad dated 11.07.2022 filed in the Court and the same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's grievance is that one of the ACP has some bias and he should not the part of the investigation.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Inspector Dalip Singh, submits that the matter has already been considered by the higher authority and the concerned ACP has already been removed from the SIT. Given the above statement, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if his grievance still survive.
