**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action against respondent No.5.

The matter was initially listed on 09.11.2017, on which date request was made for an adjournment. On 14.12.2017, another request was made for an adjournment and the matter was adjourned to 21.12.2017. On the said date there was no appearance put in on behalf of the petitioner and in the interest of justice, the matter was posted for 18.01.2018. The matter was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter was called twice. In the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned to 28.03.2018, on which date again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned to 15.05.2018. Today, the case has been called twice and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
