**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner worked as Extension Lecturer Environmental Science in Government College Siwani and was removed due to non availability of workload. Petitioner is now seeking that he may be reengage keeping in view the workload and vacancy in the College The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation dated 30.01.2019 (Annexure P-4) stating therein that he be allowed to join as workload is still available in the College which is mentioned at Sr. No. 47, in letter dated 28.01.2019 (P3). Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondents No. 3 to look into representation dated 30.01.2019 (Annexure P-4) and adjust the petitioner on vacant post at Sr. No. 47 of the letter dated 28.01.2019, keeping in view judgment passed in CWP No. 169542015 tilted as Anurag Chahal and others vs. State of Haryana and another (P-7) within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
