Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to investigate the case arising out of FIR No.46, dated 27.06.2014, under Sections 364 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Old Shalley, District Gurdaspur and further direction to respondents No.4 and 5 not to interfere and obstruct in police investigation.

Heard.

During the course of argument, it has transpired that challan has already been presented in the Court against

So far as Respondent No.7 is concerned, she has been declared a proclaimed offender. Since, the matter is now pending before the trial Court after presentation of challan, no ground for further interference by this Court is made out.
