This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 67 dated 09.07.2016 under sections 406, 420, 408 IPC at Police Station Mulepur, district Fatehgarh Sahib. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated February 03, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated February 03, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
