***** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.106 dated 20.09.2011 (Annexure P-2) registered under Sections 363, 366-A IPC at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Parvinder Singh, informs this Court that the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Moga vide order dated 18.01.2014. A copy of the said intimation has been handed over in Court today, which is taken on record. On the last date of hearing i.e. 15.05.2024, notice was issued to the petitioner and Registry was also directed to inform learned counsel for the petitioner about the date fixed. Office report shows that learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Kehar Singh Hissowal, has been informed through letter No. 7346 dated 23.05.2024 and notice issued to the DIVYANSHI 2024.11.29 16:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
