(Oral) Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all the points raised herein before the trial Court at appropriate stage including his submission to the effect that it is a case of suicide by the deceased in her parental home and that in any case neither any offence under Section 306 IPC nor any offence under Section 304-B IPC would be made out.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
