Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 for taking action against respondents No.4 & 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the purpose of redressal of her grievance, she made representation dated 09.06.2018 (Annexure P6) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.
On asking of the Court, Mr. Rajat Bansal, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
