NIDHI GUPTA , J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of FIR No. 577 dated 20.11.2021 registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 506 IPC (Section 494 IPC was added later on) at Police Station Kurukshetra University, District Kurukshetra and all subsequent proceedings pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra on merits. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to quash the above said FIR, learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
