This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.81 dated May 12, 2014, under Sections 457, 380 IPC, registered at Police Station, Civil Lines, Bathinda.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Ranjit Singh, submits that petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.
