(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for direction to the official respondents No. 1 to 3A for conducting a fair investigation upon the application/complaint dated 27.01.2021 (Annexures P-2 and P-3) submitted by the present petitioner against respondents No. 4 to 6 for committing cheating, mental torture, harassment, making demand of dowry etc.; and register a criminal case against respondents No. 4 to 6.
Learned counsel for the State has drawn attention of this Court to para Nos. 5 and 6 of the status report dated 02.03.2022 filed by way of an affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Phillaur, District Jalandhar (Rural), which read as under:-
CRM-M-26170-2021 (O&M) - 2- "That it is respectfully submitted that in view of the abovesaid facts revealed out during the course of enquiry, the SHO, Police Station Phillaur has submitted a report to the Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Phillaur and accordingly, a report dated 09.04.2021 has been further forwarded by the Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Phillaur to the office of Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar whereby it has been recommended to consign the same as no substance has been found in the allegations of the complainant and the same have been found to be unsubstantiated. Accordingly, the above-said complaint has been consigned by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar on 10.06.2021.

That it is respectfully submitted that apart from the abovesaid complaint no.170-PTM Dated 27.01.2021, the petitioner has also given a complaint dated 27.04.2021 to the office of Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar on the same subject matter. The said complaint has been enquired into by Superintendent of Police (Headquarter) Jalandhar and during the course of enquiry by the said officer, the allegations of the complainant has been found to be unsubstantiated and wrong. Accordingly, the said complaint has been consigned by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar."
Learned counsel for the State submits that accordingly all the allegations made in the both the above said complaints filed by the present petitioner against respondents No. 4 to 6 herein have been found to be unsubstantiated and incorrect.
Moreover, a perusal of the order sheets shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing i.e.
CRM-M-26170-2021 (O&M) - 310.03.2022. Today also, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the above submissions made by learned counsel for the State, no further directions are required to be issued in the matter. The present petition stands disposed of.
