Present criminal writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing respondents no.1 to 4 to decide representation dated 01.07.2020 (P5) filed by the petitioner and to protect his life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.5 to 9 as well as their family members.

After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
