Prayer in this petition is for entrusting the investigation of FIR No.191 dated 21.07.2017 under Section 376 IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Sadar Ferozepur to some other police officials and to conduct a fair, honest, impartial and expeditious investigation in the matter.

Learned counsel for the State informs that challan/final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been presented in this case against respondent No.4. Respondents No.5 and 6 have been found innocent during investigation. Charge against respondent No.4 was framed on 10.11.2017. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
