(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.310 dated 17.08.2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 147, 149, 506 IPC (Sections 325, 302 IPC added later on) at Police Station Tosham, District Bhiwani.

On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 26.11.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
