This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 27 dated 11.04.2017 under sections 21, 25, 29, 61, 85 of NDPS Act at Police Station Jhandher, District Amritsar. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 10, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 10, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
