***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case registered against him vide FIR No.825 dated 18.08.2015 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police station Sadar Hisar, District Hisar. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined investigation. Challan has been presented before the competent court. Besides, it has been stated that the petitioner is 66 years of age and has already been retired from service.

In view of the above, order dated November 10, 2017, is made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. However, in case, statement with regard to age of the petitioner is found to be incorrect, trial court would initiate appropriate proceedings and shall be at liberty to invoke Section 439(2) Cr.P.C.
