# Learned State counsel submits that both the petitioners have made statements before the police to the effect that the threat to their life and personal liberty no more subsists, and has placed on record statements of the petitioners.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions from his client has made a statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
