RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.41, dated 01.04.2023, under Sections 379-B, 511, 34 IPC (Sections 379-B-II and 411 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Maqsudan, District Jalandhar Rural, Annexure P-1, and for staying the arrest of the petitioner and grant him interim bail during pendency of the present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court. Allowed as prayed for. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the Court within three days from today and applies for regular bail, the Court concerned would decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one week from the date of its filing.
