The present civil revision petition has been filed for setting aside the judgment and decree dated 24.09.2018, passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Abohar as well as judgment and decree dated 13.12.2019, passed by learned District Judge, Fazilka, whereby the suit filed by the respondent/plaintiff has been partly decreed and the appeal filed there-against, by the respondent/plaintiff, has been allowed. Learned counsel for the appellant placed on record the order dated 05.01.2026, passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Abohar which shows that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the said compromise between the parties, he does not want to pursue the present appeal and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the same. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present regular second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
