(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 22/25/61/85 of NDPS Act, in a case arising out of FIR No.106, dated 24.05.2014, registered at Police Station City Jagraon, Distt. Ludhiana.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Head Constable Ramji Dass, submits that after presentation of the challan and after framing of charges, the trial is fixed for recording evidence 8 prosecution witnesses.
Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
