Petitioner - Seema and Sunita widow of Suresh Kumar - respondent No.6 came present in the Court. They were given an opportunity to interact with each other in the Court itself. After an interaction for a period of about one hour, Seema stated before the Court that she left her parental home according to her own wishes and stayed with Poona, Nanad of her sister and now she wants to go back to her parental home with her mother Smt. Sunita. The mother namely Sunita says that she will take proper care of her daughter. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as the petitioner has agreed to go back to her parental home with her mother, the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.
