Learned counsel contends that the petitioners are the cosharers of the land. As per the allegations, only simple injuries have been attributed to petitioners-Pawan and Nitin with dandas and the other two accused who are stated to have accompanied them and inflicted injuries, are not known. Coaccused, namely, Saroj, who had even suffered fracture, has since been granted anticipatory bail by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Hisar, vide order Annexure P-2, as also co-accused Hemlata on 19.03.2026, Annexure P-3. The petitioners are not involved in any other case; ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.

Meanwhile, the petitioners are directed to join the investigation on or before 15.04.2026. In the event of their arrest, they shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
