(Oral) As per the affidavit of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural), an enquiry was conducted and on receiving the report from the SHO, Police Station Jandiala, no threat perception was found as the FIR No.253 dated 27.08.2021 under Sections 323, 324, 341, 148, 149 IPC Police Station Jandiala, Amritsar (Rural) is pending. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
