Main case Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in his 3rd attempt under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.193 dated MOHMED ATIK 2022.08.02 10:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-26124-2022 in/and CRM-M-24397-2022 19.08.2018 registered under Section 307 IPC and Sections 27/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Kotwali, District Bathinda.

Earlier CRM-M No.14387 of 2020 was got dismissed as withdrawn on 11.02.2020. Thereafter CRM-M No.28396 of 2020 was dismissed on merits on 05.11.2020.

As per allegations, the petitioner fired repeated shots hitting the complainant on upper hand, upper back and back of left leg. Petitioner is related to the complainant being grand son of uncle of husband of the complainant.

Perusal of statement of the complainant as PW-1 would show that in the past also, petitioner had fired upon the complainant in Rajasthan and there was an incident of breaking right leg of the complainant by striking motorcycle against her. Even the accused was involved in inflicting self-injuries upon him and thereafter got registered a false case against the complainant and her husband.

No ground is made out to grant indulgence for grant of regular bail to the petitioner. This petition is dismissed.
