REKHA MITTAL J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in FIR No.74 dated 05.06.2016 under Sections 341, 506 and 306 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC') registered at Police Station Kharar, District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

Counsel for the State would submit that the prosecution has already concluded its evidence and the case is fixed for evidence in defence.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of stage of trial, he does not press the petition. Disposed of accordingly.
