RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 130 dated 15.09.2018 registered under Sections 306 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Dayalpura, District Bathinda. On instructions from ASI Jagdeep Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.10.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
