Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 7 dated 12.1.2016, registered under Section(s) 420 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar City.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that earlier the petitioner was admitted to bail in this case and she had been regularly appearing in the Court, but on the last date of hearing i.e. 18.7.2017, she could not appear as she mistook the date, otherwise there was no intention on her part not to appear before the Court. Learned counsel further contended that she is ready to appear before the learned Court below and to file fresh bail and surety bonds.

Criminal Misc. No. M-42540 of 2017 Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is allowed. Petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Court below. On her appearance, the learned trial Court shall admit her on bail on furnishing of fresh bail and surety bonds to its satisfaction. However, the learned trial Judge shall be at liberty to complete the proceedings under Section 446 Cr.P.C.
