(Oral) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the FIR in question (i.e. FIR No.120 dated 25.09.2018) has already been quashed on the basis of compromise vide order dated 29.10.2022 passed in CRM-M No.47589 of 2021 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the same may be disposed of as such.
