This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (under Section 482 Cr.P.C) for seeking directions to respondent No. 2 to take action on the representation of the petitioners dated 03.04.2026 (Annexure P-6) and not to harass and obstruct for appearing in the Courts on 15.04.2026 as life and liberty of the petitioners is involved. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 03.04.2026 (Annexure P-6) to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, District Khanna but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, District Khanna to look into his representation and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, District Khanna to consider and decide the representation 03.04.2026 (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
