This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to illegally harass the petitioners and their family members in case FIR No. 43 dated 25.4.2023 under Sections 363 and 366 IPC registered at Police Station Division-D, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the FIR in question has been lodged against one Sagar, who is petitioner's nephew. On that account, the police have raided their premises and they are being unnecessarily harassed. They had to lock their house and stay somewhere else. 3.
Learned State counsel submits that the petitioners' house has never been raided. Investigation of the case is going on. In case the petitioners' presence is required, they will be asked to join the investigation, in accordance with law, after following due process.

In view of statement made by the learned State counsel, no direction is needed in the matter.
