The challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 21.02.2023 whereby the mesne profits have been assessed by the Appellate Authority, Chandigarh. Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that in the interregnum the appeal itself stands dismissed vide order dated 16.11.2024 and against the said order a civil revision petition being CR-70492024 has been filed before this Court by the tenant-respondent herein. 2.

In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
