******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.235 dated 20.11 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Kotwali Faridkot, District Faridkot.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the grant of interim bail vide order dated 15.12.2015, petitioner has joined the investigation. On completion of investigation, challan was presented and petitioner was allowed regular bail. Keeping in view the above facts but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and the order dated 15.12.2015 is made absolute subject to the condition that petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date.
