(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of bail against the order dated 06.09.2019 (Annexure P5) passed by the trial Court, vide which non-bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner in complaint No.89/75/RT of 2014/2016 bearing CIS Register No.COMI/13/2015 dated 28.11.2014 filed under Sections 304-A, 420, 463, 467, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC') (Section 304(2) IPC wrongly mentioned in the complaint). The operative part of the order dated 03.10.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been summoned in the complaint case vide order dated 20.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 304-A and 420 IPC. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required in the complaint case and he MOHD YAKUB 2019.04.23 15:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.43505 of 2018 is ready to surrender before the trial Court to face the trial.

ASI Ram Kishan, who is present in the Court, submits that the petitioner, in compliance of the order dated 03.10.2018, has surrendered before the trial Court.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 03.10.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
