#  Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Daljit Singh, Police Station Laddowal, District Ludhiana submits that cancellation report is likely to be filed in Court within a period of 15 days from today.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions from his client has made a statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition however, reserving rights of the petitioners to approach the Court in case of any such eventuality. Allowed to do so.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
