RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to the respondents especially respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 27.04.2022, Annexure P-2 and take appropriate steps to decide the same with a further prayer to protect her life from the hands of the accused named. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms.Sakshi Bakshi, AAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Heard.

In view of the prayer made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, District Administrative Complex, Sangrur, District Sangrur, to look into the complaint/representation, dated 27.04.2022, Annexure P-2 and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within one month from today.
