The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents-Authorities to immediately implement the Transfer Order dated 01.11.2022, Annexure P-6 and to permit the petitioner to join at Government Public School, Phul Town, District Bhatinda. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner faced with the fact that a demand ought to have been raised as a pre-requisite to seeking a writ of mandamus, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to enable her to file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.
