(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.18 dated 16.3.2022 registered under Sections 308, 325, 323, 341, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Mehtiana, District Hoshiarpur. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and that even otherwise only allegations against the petitioner as detailed in the FIR are that he was armed with "Danda" and was present at the spot but no injury has been attributed to him. The counsel further submits that the petitioner has joined PUNEET CHAWLA 2022.10.29 09:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

( 2 ) CRM-M-24146-2022 investigation with the police by virtue of previous order dated 30.05.2022 passed by this Court.

State counsel on instructions from ASI Gulshan Kumar has admitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and recovery of "Danda" has been effected and the petitioner who has associated with the investigation is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 30.5.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
