******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 244 dated 10.11.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 447, 454 and 511 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Civil Lines, Patiala, District Patiala. Heard.
The dispute in this case relates to property left by Shiv Charan Kaur. While complainant is claiming title on her property on the basis of Will and adoption deed in his favour, the same is being disputed by legal heirs of Balbir Singh alleging that Shiv Charan Kaur was residing with them. Petitioner no. 1 is nephew of Balbir Singh and petitioner no. 2 is his wife.
Learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have joined investigation.

CRM-M-43453 of 2016 -2opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and the order dated 05.12.2016 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) that petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
(iv) that petitioners will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
