The aforesaid case was filed on 28.07.2020 by counsel for the petitioners. The Registry had raised objection on the case file on 06.07.2021. 2.

As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be refiled within a total period of 40 days. The present case was filed on 28.07.2020 and the Registry raised objections on 06.07.2021, but neither the petitioners nor their counsel ever turned up to receive the present case and file the same after removal of the objections as raised by the office. 3.

Office has got listed this case as the same alongwith other cases of the same nature is lying in the office as incomplete case and none has worried to take further recourse in the matter. The case has been shown in the urgent cause list.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petition.
