(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars by giving the details regarding the qualifications required for appointment to the post of Clerk, which according to the learned counsel, she has, so as to claim the said post. Ordered accordingly.
