The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.54 dated 17.11.2015 registered under Sections 354A, 452, 506 IPC and Section 8 of POCSO. It is stated that Section 452 IPC was deleted and Section 451 IPC has been added.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the allegations against the petitioner are that he caught hold hand of the prosecutrix and teased her with a bad intention. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is over and challan has been presented and he is in custody for almost a month. The state counsel informs that the challan has been presented and charge has not been framed.

In view of the above, but without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed RAJ KUMAR 2015.12.23 11:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
