In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that though his minor daughter is 5 years and 09 months old and is entitled to get admission in Class I but the admission of the minor daughter has not been accepted in Class I by the respondent No. 5-School on the ground that his minor daughter is in Lower Kindergarten (LKG) and has to do Upper Kindergarten (UKG) before being promoted to Class-I and from Lower Kindergarten, the minor daughter of the petitioner cannot be promoted straightway to Class I.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that once, the minor daughter of the petitioner has completed the required age to get admission in Class-I, the respondents are liable to consider the claim regarding the admission of the minor daughter of the petitioner in Class-I. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance in the representations dated 08.03.2025 (Annexure P-11 & Annexure P-12) but the same are still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Saurabh Girdhar, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondentState and submits that in case, the representations dated 08.03.2025 (Annexure P-11 & Annexure P-12) have been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same are still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of three weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. Ordered accordingly.
