Learned counsel for the petitioners has made statement that as per his knowledge the petitioners have left the place of their residence and since threat to their life and personal liberty no more exists, he wishes to withdraw the present petition in view of the situation that exists as on date, however, reserving rights of the petitioners to invoke jurisdiction of this Court in case any such eventuality so arises.

Allowed to do so.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
