(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigating agency is not conducting the investigation properly in respect of FIR No. 109, dated 9.6.2021, Police Station Samrala, District Khanna, under Sections 323, 324, 506, 34 IPC which was lodged at the instance of the petitioner and that all the offences which are actually made out from the facts of the case have not been added in the FIR.

- 2 - CRM-M-26020-2021 (O&M) At this stage Mr. Harbir Sandhu, AAG, Punjab to whom an advance copy of the appeal had already been furnished, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.

Learned State counsel has informed that in fact the matter is being investigated in accordance with law and on 25.6.2021 offence under Section 326 IPC has already been added.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned State counsel and without commenting anything as regards the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna, to ensure that the matter is got investigagted expeditiously subject, of course, to the limitations on account of pandemic. Needless to mention that all such offences which are prima facie found out to be made out from the facts and circumstances and the evidence collected during the investigation shall be added. A copy of this order be conveyed to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna, so as to enable them to do the needful expeditiously.
